Chronic Pain? You're not alone.

Find Lasting Relief With Specialized Massage in Millcreek, Utah.

Your body’s been yelling at you long enough. At New Age Bodywork, we help unwind the patterns behind your pain so you can finally relax, reset, and feel safe in your own skin again.

Behind the Healing

Welcome to New Age Bodywork! I’m TJ, a licensed massage therapist based in the heart of Millcreek, Utah. I specialize in fascia-focused bodywork like myofascial release and somatic therapies—techniques that go beyond surface-level relief to address chronic tension and restore balance throughout the body.

My passion is helping clients feel safe, grounded, and free in their own skin. Every session is designed to support the connection between mind and body, creating space for both release and renewal.

Outside the treatment room, I share my life with my husband, two playful dogs, and one very curious cat. To me, wellness is more than what happens on the table—it’s about finding joy in everyday moments. I’d love to invite you on this journey of healing, where each session becomes an opportunity for rejuvenation and self-discovery.

Why You Might Cry During a Massage (No, You're Not Broken)

Okay, real talk. If you’ve ever found yourself sobbing on the massage table, congrats! You’re not crazy, you’re healing.

Here’s the deal: when your fascia (remember that fiber-optic connective tissue running all over your body?) gets restricted from trauma, it doesn’t just hold tight physically, it holds emotions too. Like, actual memories. And when we start to release that restriction during a session… BAM. Feelings.

Sometimes it’s tears, sometimes it’s laughter, sometimes it’s just a weird flood of emotion you didn’t

expect. All normal. All good. All part of your body saying, “Hey… we’re safe now.”

You don’t have to analyze it. You don’t have to fix it. Just let it out.

See you (and your fascia) soon.

Much love,

—TJ
