Massage that goes Deeper than Muscle

Fascia-focused nervous system bodywork for chronic pain, emotional holding, and bodies that haven’t responded to traditional massage.

You’re Not Imagining It

You can be doing all the “right” things and still feel tight.

You can stretch. Strengthen. Rest. Book regular bodywork. And still notice that certain areas hold tension.

The jaw that clenches.

The shoulders that hover.

The hips that never fully soften.

It’s not always about doing more. Sometimes it’s about slowing down enough to notice what your body is protecting. This work is less about forcing change and more about creating the conditions where change can happen. Tension isn’t a problem to solve. It’s a natural response your body has to various parts of the human experience.

My approach

"I try to view your body as a connected system rather than individual parts" ~TJ

Your fascia (a connective tissue that wraps through your entire body) responds to stress, injury, posture, and emotional load. Over time, it adapts. It holds. It organizes around protection and support.

My approach blends:

  • Myofascial and structural integration techniques

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Slow, trauma-aware pacing

  • Intentional depth guided by YOUR body

Some sessions are quiet and subtle. Some are deeply structural. The common thread is we work with your system, not against it.

The goal isn’t to “fix” you. No part of you is "broken." The goal is to help your body feel safe enough to integrate the work.

You are welcome here

You don’t need to know how to “listen to your body.” You don’t need to be flexible, spiritual, or in perfect health. You just need a body.

Maybe you’re in pain. Maybe you’re stressed. Maybe you’re simply curious about feeling better in your own skin. Maybe you’ve never really slowed down enough to notice what your body has been carrying.

That’s okay.

In our sessions, we move at a pace your system can handle. There’s no pressure to relax. No expectation to perform wellness.

Just space.

Support.

And thoughtful, responsive touch.

Whether you’re beginning to pay attention to your body or deepening a relationship that’s already there. You’re welcome here.

Why this work lasts

Your body is adaptive.

When stress, injury, or long periods of bracing occur, your fascia and nervous system reorganize to keep you functioning. Over time, those adaptations can start to feel like chronic tension or pain.

Lasting change doesn’t usually come from pushing harder. It comes from creating enough safety and space for your system to update. By working with both structure and regulation, we support change that your body can actually maintain not just temporary relief.

If you’re ready for bodywork that feels thoughtful, responsive, and grounded in how your system actually works, I’d love to support you.

You don’t need to force your body into change.

You can work with it.

See you soon,

~ TJ
