We begin with grounding and guided meditation to help you safely connect with your body, followed by gentle pendulation techniques to release tension and emotion held in the nervous system. A simple salt burn experience offers a moment of reflection before closing with a soothing sound bath to promote balance, regulation, and integration.
I’m TJ, a licensed massage therapist and sound healer based in the heart of Millcreek, Utah. I specialize in fascia-focused bodywork like myofascial release and somatic therapies. Techniques that go beyond surface-level relief to address chronic tension and restore balance throughout the body.

Outside the treatment room, I share my life with my husband, two playful dogs, and one very curious cat.
